PUBLIC NOTICE GIVEN PURSUANT TO THE CHARITIES ACT 2011

The Trustees of the Seend Trust (a registered charity number 269973) (“First Grantor”) as owners of The Seend Social Club and Community Centre comprised in Title number WT178893 and the land to the north thereof, comprised in Title number WT11776; and the Trustees of the Seend Lye Recreation Field (a registered charity number 305565) owners of the Lye Field Title number WT440144 and as owners of the tennis courts to the north thereof (“Second Grantor”) propose to enter into a Deed of Easement to confer upon Mr John MacDonald and Mrs Sarah MacDonald and Andrew John MacDonald the registered proprietors of the Title number WT127633 (“First Grantee”) and also upon Mr Simon McManus and Mrs Joanne McManus registered proprietors of Title number WT284895 (“Second Grantees”) a right of way for all purposes connected with the use and enjoyment of the aforementioned Titles belonging to the First and Second Grantees with or without vehicles and agricultural implements as a means of access therefrom to the highway currently known as the A361.
